The Marauders are definitely favorites for Harry Potter fans. The adventures of Sirius, James, and Remus while they were in high school have inspired fans and left them wanting to learn more. While readers only got bits and pieces of their time at Hogwarts, the three of them, and Pettigrew although he doesn’t really count, had such dynamic chemistry and friendships that fans have gotten really attached. It’s no wonder that there are so many fan works about these three....

JK Rowling has forever guaranteed a name for herself in the annals of history with her record-breaking series of books about Harry Potter and the world of Hogwarts. But as awesome as the novels are, they are not exempt from retro-active tampering by Rowling herself. With her decision to expand on the original mythology detailed in the Harry Potter novels, there are several plot points from earlier in the series that have been directly contradicted by the author in later stories....

Among the big reveals at this year’s BlizzCon, one of the most surprising was the announcement of Hearthstone Battlegrounds, Blizzard’s entry into the trendy auto battler genre. The Suicide Squad director James Gunn, Harley Quinn and Groot get the ultimate impossible team-up in new art. Gunn has already made his mark on the MCU by writing and directing both Guardians of the Galaxy movies (and reportedly helping out behind-the-scenes on Avengers: Infinity War), and will continue making his mark when he takes the helm of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Harry Potter’s Wizarding World is a place full of wonders and joy and something you could enjoy without much suspension of disbelief while you were younger. Then you got older and started questioning some of J.K. Rowling’s fictional economic systems or the lack thereof. In her defense, she did admit that that aspect of world-building is not her strongest suit. All things excused, the Wizarding World’s economy makes for some hilarious banter among Potterheads....

In the Harry Potter series, the trio is made up of Harry, Ron, and Hermione, and they’re the main characters and heroes. Many fans love these three friends and their unique personalities. While these three do a lot of heroic things and save the day many times, they also have their flaws. Dealing with the three of them as a fellow student definitely would have been frustrating at times as they can sometimes be a bit annoying....

Dobby’s death in Harry Potter was one of the most emotional moments from the book series, but the movies didn’t do it justice. HBO’s new series Watchmen has been taking the world by storm (squids not included) and many can’t help but compare it to the MCU.
