In Harry Potter, the Hogwarts houses separate children based on their personalities and abilities. While three of the Hogwarts houses are associated with good traits overall, Slytherin is one that gets a bad reputation and is associated with bad wizards and witches. This isn’t entirely fair though as many people sorted into this house are not bad, and they also have many good traits. There are also many characters from Harry Potter who show cowardly traits, regardless of the house they are sorted into and some of the evil wizards to come out of Slytherin are the most cowardly of all....

40 years ago this May, Star Wars was officially born. A New Hope - as it is now called - kicked off what has now become one of the premier cinematic franchises of all-time. Thanks to its ability to recapture the interest of various generations, Star Wars has continued to stay relevant after all this time, and through it all the fan base has only continued to grow in numbers and passion....

Alexander Ludwig (Vikings) is set to star alongside Stephen Amell in the upcoming wrestling drama Heels. Similarly to Amell, with Arrow filming its final season, Heels will mark the first television project for Ludwig after his role on a long-running hit. Heels was announced in August. Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was critically-acclaimed upon release for its portrayal of mental health in games, and there was a collective cheer when February’s Nintendo Direct announced that Ninja Theory’s beloved title was coming to the Switch. Luckily, fans won’t have to wait much longer; the Hellblade Switch port arrives next week. The Nintendo Direct of February 13 showed off Hellblade, its BAFTA-winning graphics, and its storyline, teasing a release date of Spring 2019....

Bank of America has released another finding from its recent consumer survey, this time revealing the top nine reasons people have chosen to upgrade to the iPhone 7. Interestingly, the new camera capabilities isn’t number one, ranking instead at #3 … Business Insider reports that the top reason, cited by 65% of respondents, was the longer battery-life. This was followed by improved waterproofing at 59%, then camera quality at 54%....

HermeticWiper has been active since Feb. 23, 2022, and has impacted machines and Ukraine networks. The name attributed to this malware, “HermeticWiper,” is based on a stolen digital certificate stolen from a company called Hermetica Digital Ltd. With a lot of features introduced by its authors, HermeticWiper can bypass Windows security features and gain write permissions to many low-level data structures on disk. One of the destructive procedures implemented by its developers is the capacity to re-write fragments on the disc to make the recovery process impossible....

Apple is set to reveal new Macs on Thursday at what will likely be the last special event hosted at the company’s 1 Infinite Loop campus in Cupertino. Early next year Apple’s giant Campus 2 headquarters will open and include a dedicated theater for these types of events, so the surprise Mac event is one last hurrah for the current Apple HQ.
