Never someone to have just one project in the works, it’s now being reported that J.J. Abrams is developing a new half-hour television series with HBO based on the YA novel They Both Die at the End. When it comes to the anthology format, horror seems like a surefire way to get a project green lit. According to a recent report from GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company, the semiconductor (or chip) shortage we have seen in the past two years will be an issue for industries thanks to new variants of COVID-19. Most notably, the shortage will affect industry sectors like 5G, pharmaceuticals, and batteries.
